A construction company FG Empreendimentos announced on April 18 that it had signed a partnership with the owner of Havan, businessman Luciano Hang, to build the tallest building in the world. The residential building will be built in Balneário Camboriú, on the north coast of Santa Catarina, and will be called Triumphu Tower. The building will be 509 meters tall and have 154 floors (initially). There is still no forecast of when the works will begin, but the project is scheduled to be launched in the second half of 2024.
