Ticket Log Price Index (IPTL) points out that consumers in SP spend almost BRL 400,00 to fill up their vehicles
According to data from the Ticket Log Price Index – IPTL, referring to the period from February 18 to 24, 2022, pointed out that during this Carnival season – although most of the Brazilian states, including SP, have postponed Carnival once again, due to the Coronavirus pandemic and the flu outbreak – São Paulo residents would pay, on average, BRL 320,40 to fill the tank of their vehicles with gasoline, and around BRL 229,10 to fill it with ethanol. Considering that within the period estimated by Ticket Log there were no significant reductions in vehicle supply, today February 28th, the last day of the month, the values remain the same in greater SP, so it is possible that the price increases once again.
