Want to Work at MEC Without Taking a Competitive Exam? Teachers in Areas Such as Law, Administration, and Journalism Can Apply to Create Items for Enade 2025, Earning Up to R$ 500 per Approved Item! The Selection Is Remote and Open Until February, with Incredible Opportunities for Higher Education Specialists.

If you dream of working with an institution linked to the Ministry of Education (MEC) without needing to take a public exam, this could be your chance.

The National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP), linked to MEC, is calling for interested individuals to fill positions in various areas, such as administration, accounting, economics, law, journalism, among others.

The opportunities are for remote work, allowing professionals to conduct their activities in the comfort of their homes.

Who Can Apply?

The positions are intended for students and professionals who have a higher education degree or are currently pursuing a degree in the mentioned areas.

According to INEP, the main demands involve the production of studies, reports, and analyses on education and evaluations of public policies, as well as technical and administrative support.

There are also vacancies for information and communication technology professionals, areas that are becoming increasingly essential in the Brazilian educational context.

To ensure inclusion and diversity, INEP emphasizes that applications are open to candidates from all over Brazil, as the work will be conducted entirely remotely.

This is a unique opportunity for those seeking professional experience or wanting to enhance their resume by working on nationally significant projects.

Details About Activities and Compensation

The hired professionals will be responsible for supporting INEP in various initiatives, especially those aimed at improving education in Brazil. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of technical and administrative reports;
  • Production of journalistic and communicational content about INEP projects;
  • Development of studies on educational policies;
  • Management of educational data and information;
  • Support on legal and economic issues related to the education sector.

Although compensation details have not been disclosed in the official statement, INEP states that the amounts are competitive with the market, considering the level of education and the complexity of the tasks performed.

Additionally, the hired individuals will have the opportunity to participate in projects with a significant impact on national education, an experience that can open doors to future professional opportunities.

How Hiring Works

The selected candidates will work under temporary contracts, drawn up in accordance with current legislation.

This modality allows for greater agility in hiring and offers flexibility for professionals and students interested in contributing to INEP’s actions.

The main advantage of this model is the ability to enter without the need to pass a public exam, a common requirement for positions in public agencies.

However, it is important to note that temporary contracts have limited durations and may be renewed as per the institute’s needs and applicable contractual rules.

Differentials of This Opportunity

Remote Work: The ability to work from anywhere in Brazil is one of the greatest attractions of this call, allowing professionals to save time and costs on commuting.

Flexibility: The nature of remote work provides greater balance between personal and professional life, favoring productivity.

Valuable Experience: Working on projects linked to INEP adds value to your resume, especially for those looking to specialize in education or public policies.

Social Contribution: The selected individuals will have the opportunity to positively impact the Brazilian educational landscape, contributing to improvements in teaching quality and the formulation of public policies.

    Selection Criteria

    The selection process will be based on the analysis of resumes and possibly interviews.

    As stated by INEP, candidates with specific skills to meet the demands of the mentioned areas will be prioritized.

    Therefore, it is essential to highlight relevant experiences and qualifications in the resume that align with the proposed activities.

    Another important point is the commitment to ethics and confidentiality of information, which are essential characteristics for performing functions at INEP.

    Why This Opportunity Is Unmissable?

    Whether for those starting their career or for those already experienced in the area of education and public policies, this call from INEP represents a chance to work in one of the most respected agencies in Brazil.

    In addition to contributing to the advancement of national education, professionals will have the opportunity to grow professionally and build a trajectory of impact in the public sector.

    Don’t waste time! Prepare your resume, apply, and take the first step towards an enriching and transformative professional experience. The Brazilian education system counts on you!

    No site do INEP não há informações sobre este processo seletivo. Fica a dúvida sobre fornecer os dados pessoais e de escolaridade para um possível processo seletivo que no site da instituição não consta nada?!
