UiPath, a global leader in process automation via RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology, offers for the first time in Brazil, through its learning platform UiPath Academy, the free course in Portuguese “Renew Your Skills” which, through 19 modules, will teach robotic automation to beginners and those unfamiliar with the subject. “The course is 100% online, requires no prior knowledge from participants, and registrations can already be made for free until November 22, the start date of the course,” says Edgar Garcia, commercial director of UiPath for Latin America. In addition to Brazil, the course will also have versions for Portugal and Spain.

According to UiPath, the free course contributes to the training of professionals qualified in robotic automation in Brazil, through the development of digital robots on the RPA platform, a skill increasingly demanded by the global market. To give an idea, LinkedIn’s 2020 report on emerging jobs placed the Robotics Engineer in 2nd place in its list of the 15 top jobs of the future in the U.S., in several segments, with an annual growth rate of 40%.

“UiPath believes that repetitive processes can and should be carried out by robots, freeing professionals for critical thinking and more strategic functions in their careers and professions. We envision that it is indeed possible to work side by side with digital assistants, achieving greater speed and quality in results. With the course, participants will learn how to configure digital robots capable of handling repetitive tasks that consume time, such as sending emails and formatting files in environments like Excel or PowerPoint,” exemplifies Garcia. “Thus, whatever the participant’s professional area, they will leave the course ready to configure a digital assistant that will bring more productivity to their daily routine,” he adds.

UiPath’s Free Course Modules Will Have Weekly Workloads of 4 to 5 Hours

The modules will take place over 4 weeks, with a workload of 4 to 5 hours per week, led by UiPath specialists, entirely in Portuguese. The classes will cover the concept of RPA technology, pointing out what can be automated and with which tools, as well as decision-making management, errors, and the use of interfaces for automation.

Participants must have access to Windows to download Studio X, UiPath’s platform for configuring robots. “At the end of each module, students will also have the opportunity to clarify doubts in an exclusive course forum moderated by UiPath specialists,” explains Garcia.
