Unimed Natal, which currently has more than 1,800 employees, will see this number grow significantly with the completion of the CSU.
According to the president, the total number of employees in the cooperative could reach about 3,000, representing a substantial increase and a direct contribution to the economy of RN. “We are talking about a venture that will redefine the assistance service in our state and will directly contribute to the economic movement of RN”, he emphasizes.
The Innovative Facilities and the Promise of New Jobs
The CSU will be divided into three blocks, each with specific functions aimed at providing cutting-edge medical care.
In the first block, where the Unimed Hospital has been operating for two decades, essential hospital services will be concentrated.
In the second block, the General Hospital will house Medical Clinic, Orthopedics, and Cardiology Emergency Rooms, as well as new Intensive Care Units and surgical and clinical hospitalization areas.
The third block will be dedicated to the Maternal-Infant Unit, Diagnostic Unit, Emergencies, and Surgical Center, as well as diagnostic therapeutic support services.
This complex will stand out not only for the expansion of services but also for its strong investment in innovation and technology.
The new operating rooms will be equipped for robotic surgeries, and the hospital will operate entirely digitally, reducing the need for paper printing, reinforcing Unimed’s commitment to sustainability.
