Túlio Cintra, CEO of Priner, a prominent company that operates in assemblies and services for the petrochemical, steel, pulp and paper, oil and gas and industrial services areas. One of the company's secrets for crossing the year in better conditions were the quick decisions taken when the pandemic took its first steps in Brazil, already causing some damage to the economy.

"We had a lot of speed in the actions, because already in the third month of adjustments we had good consolidated results", revealed Cintra. The company has reviewed some internal processes that will result, it hopes, in even greater productivity in the short term. Business stopped in 2020, but there was no cancellation of works that could affect the company. And this was important. For 2021, Priner's CEO believes it will be a year of great challenges, but the experience gained with all the setbacks was important.
