Requirements and Responsibilities for Job Openings in Pará
- Industrial Electrician Assembler – Completed High School or Technical education, proven experience in assembling cable trays, piping, and beds, as well as the NR-10 course being desirable.
- High Voltage Industrial Electrician – Completed High School or Technical education, experience with electrical commands, preferably with NR-10 and with a National Driver’s License AB.
- Mechanical Turner – Elementary education and experience in the role.
- Agricultural Quality Coordinator – Higher Education in Agronomy, Biology, or related fields. Knowledge in sugarcane culture (planting, harvesting, and cultural treatments), understanding quality tools, including NBR ISO 9001 2015.
- Boiler Operator – Completed High School, experience in the role is essential in this case.
- Agricultural Machinery Mechanic, Automotive Electrician, Lubricator – Completed elementary education and proven practical experience in the field.
- TPM Analyst/Coordinator – Must have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Experience in implementing the TPM program in its 8 pillars. ( Learn what this is here). Knowledge in TMP, FMEA, MASP, DOE, CEP, DMAIC, PDCA, SMED, and other quality tools, as well as NBR ISO 9001 2015.
- Fleet Manager – Degree in Mechanical Engineering, solid experience in workshop and auto parts, knowledge in the agribusiness sector. Must know how to work with maintenance control and programming, as well as NBR ISO 9001 2015.
- Human Resources Analyst – Higher Education in Psychology, solid experience in recruitment and selection. Having training as a Behavioral Analyst and/or coaching will be a differential.
