For candidates with secondary/vocational education, the job vacancies are for the fields of accounting technician, civil construction laboratory technician, information technology laboratory technician, chemistry laboratory technician, and fisheries resources laboratory technician.
For candidates with higher education, the public competition offers job vacancies for information technology analyst, social worker, nurse, electrical engineer, agronomist, financial management technologist, and public management technologist.
The selected candidates will be allocated in the IFAM units located in the cities of Manaus, São Gabriel da Cachoeira, Presidente Figueiredo, Eirunepé, Maués, Tabatinga, Itacoatiara, and Tefé.
Salaries and Benefits
The job vacancies offered have salaries ranging from R$ 3,029.90 for positions of secondary/vocational level, to R$ 4,967.04 for positions of higher education.
In addition to the salary, selected candidates will be entitled to benefits such as R$ 1,000 for food assistance, transportation vouchers, and childcare assistance.

The application fee for the secondary/vocational positions is R$ 100.00, while for higher education positions, the application fee is R$ 120.00. The applications are the first step to securing one of the job vacancies available at the Federal Institute!
Objective Tests and Program Content
The IFAM public competition will include an objective test composed of 40 questions covering topics such as Portuguese language, legislation applicable to public service, and specific knowledge, essential for those who wish to work in the job vacancies offered.
The objective test will be held on March 30, 2025, in the cities of Manaus, Eirunepé, Maués, São Gabriel da Cachoeira, Tabatinga, and Tefé.
After the test, the preliminary answers will be published on March 31, and the final result of the public competition will be published on May 6, 2025.
