SAFETY TECHNICIAN

Area of Operation: Araxá/MG; Belém/PA; Montes Claros/MG; Rio de Janeiro/RJ. Applications until 05/10/2019 and Salary: R$ 1,500.00 – R$ 2,000.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage health and occupational safety on site, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures, controlling the use of PPE and safety equipment by contractors and company employees.
• Evaluate, approve or disapprove health and occupational safety programs of the company and contracted contractors. Train the team on procedures, NR 12-18-35, and heavy machinery.
• Interact with other work fronts to ensure that all services and processes are executed in good safety conditions and in accordance with the company’s regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Education: Technician in Occupational Safety
• Required: experience in management and preparation of documents necessary for SSO, supervision, and training facilitator, and certification to provide training on NR35.

WAREHOUSE CLERK

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the availability of material resources for construction, ensuring that they are available in storage areas on the job site, in the project warehouse.
• Maintain control of material, supply, and equipment stocks, ensuring that they are not lacking for the production of the work.

Requirements:

• Education: Complete high school
• Required: Experience in the role, working in civil construction/ Computer literacy and prior experience with computerized supply systems.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR

Area of Operation: Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Araraquara/SP, SINOP/MT, Cuiabá/MS. Applications until 04/30/2019 and salary negotiable

Description:

• Ensure that the processes for production are in accordance with client requirements and the quality management system (SGQ).
• Ensure that the processes necessary for the quality management system of the work are established, implemented, and maintained;
• Report to the Construction Manager on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, and ensure the promotion of awareness about client requirements on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum: Complete high school
• Desirable: Ongoing higher education: Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Law
• Experience: Timekeeping, document verification and control, deadline management, and compliance with legal routines.

WORK SUPERVISOR

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Distribute services for execution among employees and contractors; Guide and oversee the execution of both in-house and outsourced services;
• Evaluate the services performed by contractors; Report to the project engineer any issues and needs from the field;
• Record data under your responsibility, inspections, evaluations, workforce control, and others; Participate in DDS, quality, and other meetings;
• Evaluate each employee and contractor individually regarding the learning gained from training and meetings; Inform the project engineer about needs for hiring and firing workers;
• Work with the safety team on preventive and corrective actions to avoid accidents and collaborate on environmental condition prevention actions on site.

Requirements:

• Complete high school;
• Desirable technical degree in construction;
• Experience in MCMV projects.

QUALITY INSPECTOR

Description:

• Ensure that ongoing services comply with the work’s planning/schedule or as defined by the director;
• Ensure that physical resources (materials and supplies) for production are requested in the correct quantities, specifications, and in a timely manner;
• Ensure that the project engineer is informed of non-conforming conditions that may compromise adherence to the project schedule.

Requirements:

• Education: Technician in construction – desirable ongoing higher education: Civil Engineering/Civil Production Engineering
• Experience in building projects, planning management of construction works. Construction surveys (specifications and quantities). Service measurements. Control tools and measurement entries.
• Knowledge in preparing schedules and reading and verifying physical project plans.

• Ensure the correct execution of the work according to legal and client requirements while constantly seeking improvements in processes and products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Registration with the CREA; AutoCAD; Knowledge of systems: SSO and SGQ; Intermediate Excel;
• Required to have experience in executing building projects (MCMV), residential works, and other types of construction, as well as leading field teams.
