One of the largest electric motor manufacturers in the world is open for registration until November 26, 2021, for the free course online of industrial professional qualification in the manufacture of paints and varnishes, with the objective of offering young people knowledge and qualification in some of the areas of the company, allowing their development and enabling them to remain in the WEG group.

Requirements:

• Age between 18 years old and 24 years old (born between February 01, 1998 and August 01, 2003);
• Have completed or completed high school;
• Live in the city of Guaramirim.

WEG and Engie, the second largest in the world in the energy sector, complete the installation of the wind turbine for the first National Aerogenerator

WEG and ENGIE Brasil Energia are concluding the most important phase of the Research and Development Project “Aerogerador Nacional”, which is the assembly of the wind turbine.

Located in the municipality of Tubarão, in Santa Catarina, the wind turbine is installed in ENGIE's experimental research and development park and is the result of a Strategic Project of the Research and Development Program (R&D), of the company with the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL).

The wind turbine was designed and built by WEG and the second stage of the project also relied on R&D resources from Centrais Elétricas de Santa Catarina SA (CELESC).
