Online And Free Courses from Microsoft, in Partnership with LinkedIn and INCO Academy, Address Fundamentals of Sustainability in Technology and Green Design Principles

The courses from Microsoft, LinkedIn, and INCO are divided into three modules and cover the fundamentals of sustainability in technology, including its influences on environmental change, as well as principles and green design practices. Participants will learn how to apply relevant concepts in their careers and increase their chances of being hired for nature-related jobs. The course is completely online and free, offering 10,000 spots for people around the world.

Flexible Learning Methodology Available in 12 Languages

The free online courses from Microsoft, LinkedIn, and INCO Academy follow a flexible learning methodology, allowing students to set their own study pace, known as self-paced learning. In addition to recorded classes, weekly live sessions will also be conducted to promote engagement among participants. Microsoft’s, LinkedIn’s and INCO’s program is available in 12 different languages, including Portuguese, making it easier for people from various regions of the world to access. The initiative for the free ecological design and sustainability course arose from a survey conducted by LinkedIn, which identified a demand for qualified professionals in the area of green economy. In a scenario of intense economy, training new talents with green digital skills becomes even more important, as the sector has available jobs and can absorb these professionals.
