The free online English, French, and Spanish courses from the Bilingual Fortaleza program, an initiative by the Fortaleza City Hall in partnership with Education First (EF) of the British government in Brazil, offers a remote learning platform that features a wide variety of courses designed to meet the individual learning needs of students. The program provides a personalized pathway for each level of proficiency, in an engaging and intuitive interface.
With 16 levels aligned to the internationally recognized standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the course covers from level A1 to C2. This structure ensures a clear pathway for student progress in the language.

At Bilingual Fortaleza, students have the flexibility to study in a self-study format, with access available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no scheduled or recorded classes, as the material is already pre-prepared on the platform. This means that students can navigate their learning journey through immersive and interactive activities whenever and wherever they wish, at their own pace.
The platform can be accessed on computers, tablets, or smartphones (Android or iOS). Additionally, the program offers the option for offline access, allowing students to sync their progress when they are connected to the internet again. Certificate at the end of each level: upon completing each of our levels, you receive a certificate that can be shared on your LinkedIn.
