Strategic Sectors Like Mining, Aviation, and Industry 4.0 Drive Demand for New Technical Professions in Brazil to Earn at Least 5 Thousand Reais Per Month

According to data from CAGED and MEC, the demand for new technical professions in Brazil to earn at least 5 thousand reais per month is growing rapidly, driven by strategic sectors of the economy. These careers combine accessible training and high pay, attracting young people and adults seeking quick returns in the job market.

Experts point out that technical professions are among the most promising for the next decade, especially in areas related to natural resources, industrial technology, and air transportation. The appreciation comes from the scarcity of qualified professionals and the importance of these roles for the economy.

Geology Technician: The Foundation of Mining and Prospecting

The first of the new technical professions in Brazil to earn at least 5 thousand reais per month is the Geology Technician. This professional conducts geological mapping, sample collection, and field and laboratory analysis. They work in mining, oil, and infrastructure projects.

The national average salary is R$ 7,704, reaching up to R$ 12,000 in large projects. The highest demand is in states like Minas Gerais, Pará, and Mato Grosso. The training takes about two years and requires registration with CREA.

Strengths: high pay with a short study period and strong national and international demand.
Weaknesses: work in remote areas and dependence on commodity cycles.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician: Safety and Stability

The second of the new technical professions in Brazil to earn at least 5 thousand reais per month is the Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Responsible for inspections and repairs, this professional ensures the safety of flights in civilian and military companies.

The average salary is R$ 4,894, but in large companies and executive aviation, it exceeds R$ 5,800, reaching R$ 8,000. The course is regulated by ANAC and requires specific certifications in airframes, engines, and avionics.

Strengths: strategic profession, stable, and with international recognition.
Weaknesses: long and rigid training, as well as high responsibility for aviation safety.

Industrial Automation Technician: The Future of Industry 4.0

The third of the new technical professions in Brazil to earn at least 5 thousand reais per month is the Industrial Automation Technician, also known as mechatronics. This professional operates automated systems, robots, and smart production lines.

The average salary ranges between R$ 6,500 and R$ 7,190, potentially exceeding R$ 8,000 in industrial hubs like São Paulo and Paraná. The course lasts two years and can be taken at institutions such as SENAI and federal institutes.

Strengths: high demand in various industrial sectors and the possibility of working autonomously as a consultant.
Weaknesses: need for constant updating and pressure in manufacturing environments.

The new technical professions in Brazil to earn at least 5 thousand reais per month demonstrate that it is not necessary to pursue a long degree to achieve high salaries and stability in the market. Geology, aviation, and automation offer different paths, but all with excellent returns for those seeking quick and practical qualifications.

Os cursos técnicos deveriam ser prioridade. Ensino médio técnico, como era antigamente. Teríamos uma juventude mais madura e responsável.
