The Federal University of Northern Tocantins (UFNT) has launched Notice No. 82/2024 for the extension course “Training for Teaching and Management for Ethnic-Racial and Quilombola Relations Education.” Completely free and online (EAD), the course offers 3,750 spots and is aligned with national guidelines for inclusion and diversity.
The free online course (EAD) aims to train basic education professionals to act in accordance with the principles of Ethnic-Racial Relations Education and Quilombola School Education. With a workload of 120 hours, it will be divided into four modules, with synchronous and asynchronous activities conducted through the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA). Participants will receive continuous pedagogical support from different tutors.

Selection Process
The Federal University spots will be filled in the order of registration. Self-declaration for affirmative actions will be mandatory at the time of registration. In case of a tie, the candidate with the highest age will be prioritized.
To register, the candidate must be a teacher, technician, or manager of public basic education, have a computer and access to the internet (or use the UAB centers), and present supporting documents on the registration form.
