If Business Prospects Are Added, The Amount Exceeds R$ 13 Million; The Result Surpasses The Business Volume Of Last Year’s Edition By 50%
The pharmacy network Usifarma celebrates the impressive numbers recorded at the 3rd Business Fair held on Thursday, the 23rd, at Novotel Itajaí. There were more than 500 visitors, 30 pharmaceutical laboratories, and exhibitors from the dermocosmetic segment, as well as over R$ 10 million in consolidated business. However, if the prospects are added, the value exceeds R$ 13 million.
“This edition exceeded all our expectations. This year we opted to change the event format to provide greater value delivery to our clients and partners, which resulted in a significant increase in sales volume beyond our projections. The business volume doubled compared to 2022,” explains managing partner Alessandro Bianchi.
He also emphasizes the event’s role in generating networking. “Our segment lacks moments like this, and the 3rd Usifarma Business Fair has come to fill this gap.” Adriano Roldão, sales coordinator for the perfumery and medicine distributor Gan for Santa Catarina, highlights the importance of the fair for the company, both for the business conducted and for strengthening customer relationships.

Solidness
The pharmacy network Usifarma ends this year with 255 franchised pharmacies in the states of Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná, and Mato Grosso do Sul, and a revenue of over R$ 250 million, with an increase of 8.7% compared to last year’s revenue of R$ 230 million. However, it continuously works to achieve revenue of R$ 300 million in 2024 and grow by 30% compared to the results of 2022.
To achieve this revenue, the business group wants to increase the number of franchises by 25%, reaching more than 320 pharmacies. The expansion plan also includes the launch of the UsiVit Plus+ brand. The Usifarma Network was created about 20 years ago in the state capitals of Caçador, Campos Novos, and Fraiburgo, but for 11 years remained restricted to the microregion. It was nine years ago that the pharmaceutical group created the Usifarma franchise and expanded its boundaries.
