The Federal Institute of Maranhão, through the Federal Institute of Maranhão, is open for applications for 450 free spots in lato sensu graduate courses offered in a distance modality, with on-site support centers in the state.

Distribution of Spots and On-site Centers in Maranhão
Of the 450 spots offered, 250 are designated for the specialization in Environmental Education.
These opportunities are evenly distributed among five on-site support centers located in the municipalities of Anajatuba, Itapecuru Mirim, Pirapemas, Rosário, and Santa Rita, with 50 spots in each location.
The other 200 spots are for the postgraduate program in Computer Science in Education, also with 50 spots per center, in the municipalities of Anajatuba, Itapecuru Mirim, Pirapemas, and Santa Rita.

Although most of the workload is fulfilled remotely, IFMA establishes the realization of mandatory in-person activities at the centers, especially for assessments and academic moments provided for in the distance education regulations.
