China’s largest smartphone brand, JOVI, officially arrives in Brazil, bringing innovation and cutting-edge technology. In partnership with GBR Componentes, the company has started local manufacturing of its first models, the JOVI V50 5G and JOVI V50 Lite 5G, in the Manaus Free Trade Zone. Both devices are now available to Brazilian consumers, offering advanced features and competitive prices.
JOVI V50 5G: Premium Performance and Professional Cameras
The JOVI V50 5G is the brand’s flagship model in Brazil, standing out for its robust performance and camera system co-developed with renowned German manufacturer Zeiss. Equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, the device features 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage, providing a smooth and fast experience for multitasking and heavy gaming.
The curved 6.77-inch AMOLED display offers Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a maximum brightness of 1,300 nits, ensuring sharp images and vibrant colors even under intense sunlight. The 6,000 mAh battery supports 90W fast charging, allowing for complete recharges in less than an hour.

The JOVI V50 Lite 5G is the brand’s intermediate option, ideal for those seeking a smartphone with good performance and advanced features at a more accessible price. It is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of internal storage, providing efficient performance for everyday tasks.
The 6.77-inch AMOLED display features a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1,800 nits, delivering an immersive visual experience. The 6,500 mAh battery with silicon-carbon technology supports 90W fast charging and also offers 6W reverse charging for other devices.
In terms of cameras, the V50 Lite 5G has a main sensor of 50 MP (Sony IMX882), an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 32 MP front camera, all with AI features for photo enhancement.
Like the flagship model, the V50 Lite 5G runs on Android 15 with the Funtouch OS 15 interface, offering features like object eraser and screen translation. The device holds an IP65 certification, ensuring water and dust resistance, and is available in Titanium Gold and Eclipse Black, with a suggested price of R$ 3,199.
