Chinese Manufacturer of Electric Commercials Geely Debuts in the Country with Line Focused on Urban Deliveries and Corporate Fleets, Betting on Performance, Embedded Technology, and Rapid Charging Solutions.
The Farizon brand, linked to the automotive conglomerate Geely, arrives in Brazil in September 2025 with a fully electric line composed of two vans and a light truck.
With exclusive distribution by the Timber Group, the news reinforces the Chinese presence in the growing national market for electric commercial vehicles.
Electric Van V6E: Urban Solution with Good Cost-Benefit
The launch centers around the V6E and the SuperVAN — the latter in two versions — as well as the H9E truck, configuring an integrated plan for urban and medium-distance operations.

Ducati brings to Brazil the Superleggera V4 Centenario: 228 hp that become 247 with a track kit, carbon fiber and carbon-ceramic brakes, estimated price between R$ 1.5 and 2 million, deliveries only in 2027.
The V6E serves as an entry point for urban fleets, measuring 4.84 m in length, 1.985 m in height, and with a useful space of 6 m³.
Capable of transporting 1,150 kg, it features a single-phase rear motor of 136 hp and a lithium iron phosphate battery of 81 kWh, with up to 285 km of range on the WLTC cycle — Inmetro results are in the homologation phase.
It includes a digital dashboard, multimedia center with Apple CarPlay, digital air conditioning, and advanced safety features like lane-keeping assist.

It also features a driving mode selector (Eco, Normal, Sport) and rearview cameras.
The doors are designed for urban logistics: sliding door on the right side and rear that opens up to 270°.
In terms of charging, it accepts DC fast charging of up to 41 kW (10–80% in about 30 minutes) and AC charging via wallbox of 6.6 kW (0–100% in about six hours).
The maximum speed is limited to 110 km/h.
SuperVAN Offers More Space, Power, and Technology

For more robust demands, the SuperVAN comes in two dimensions and robust configurations:
- Medium Version: 4.99 m x 1.98 m x 2.18 m, 7.9 m³, payload capacity of 1,265 kg
- Extended Version: 5.49 m x 1.98 m x 2.50 m, 11.2 m³, payload of up to 1,170 kg
Both have a 231 hp motor, 82.8 kWh battery, and a range of up to 386 km on the WLTP cycle — about 300 km according to projected Inmetro data.
The maximum speed reaches 135 km/h.
This utility vehicle is equipped with a range of technologies: adaptive cruise control, 360° camera, 7” dashboard, 12.3” center, full-LED headlights, automatic emergency braking, blind spot detector, and lane-keeping assist.
Designed on a by-wire architecture, it eliminates the B-pillar, providing wide lateral access — ideal for bulky loads.
It accepts DC charging of up to 100 kW (20–80% in about 36 minutes) and AC charging of up to 22 kW.

Electric Truck H9E: Ideal for Urban Operations
The H9E, light truck from the brand, completes the trio with two configurations:
- 6 t: 5.99 m, 21 m³, aimed at urban fleets subject to traffic restrictions
- 8 t: 7.99 m, 31 m³, designed for less restrictive operations
Both feature a 190 hp motor and 42.3 kgfm of torque, with 100.5 kWh batteries.
The estimated range is 324 km on the WLTC cycle.
Charging can be done via AC (22 kW) and DC (up to 100 kW).
It comes equipped with electronic braking with Auto Hold, dual airbags, 12” dashboard, basic ADAS, and V2L system (for powering external equipment).

Dealership Network and Technical Support
The first Farizon units — about 200 vehicles — will be distributed across seven Timber Group locations in the Southern, Southeastern, and Central-Western states (PR, SC, RS, MS, MG).
Timber will also inaugurate its own dealership in Curitiba and is planning to open a unit in São Paulo — in addition to offering mobile workshops.
The plan for 2026 is to expand to 1,000–1,200 units.
Maintenance plans follow a frequency of 10,000 km (V6E) and 30,000 km (SuperVAN and H9E), with fixed prices.
The warranty is six years for batteries and three years for the complete vehicle.
Farizon Bets on the Advancement of Electric Mobility in Urban Transport
The arrival of Farizon in Brazil strengthens the movement of decarbonization of the urban logistics sector.
The brand, a pioneer among Chinese companies focused on electric commercial vehicles, with a strong presence in China — more than 124,000 units sold in 2024, representing about 20% of the market — expands options beyond Mercedes, Ford, BYD, and JAC.
The electric fleet attracts fleet operators and rental companies precisely due to the promise of low total cost of ownership (TCO).
According to Timber, the prices will be competitive — especially for the V6E — although they have not yet been disclosed.
Do you believe that Farizon can accelerate the adoption of electric commercial vehicles in Brazil, especially in cities with restrictions on the circulation of diesel vehicles?
