Deal Connects Soccer Star Cristiano Ronaldo to Giant Ceramics Industry, with Hundreds of Employees Exporting Worldwide but Focused on Europe and North America

The business movement linked to Cristiano Ronaldo has gained a new chapter with the entry of an investor partner of the striker in a factory in Portugal belonging to the ceramics sector. The deal involves the company Ceramirupe, which operates with 240 employees and directs 95% of its production to export, with a presence in Europe and North America.

The report was published by Jornal de Negócios, a Portuguese business and economics newspaper.

Cristiano Ronaldo and the Link with Insparya Outside of Soccer

The soccer star maintains activities outside of soccer as a partner of Insparya, a network of hair transplant clinics.

Insparya has the Portuguese fund Vallis Capital Partners as one of its investors, creating an indirect link between the striker and other movements of the group.

Kristiano Ronaldo’s participation appears in the business context due to his presence at Insparya, without direct involvement in the fund’s management.

Vallis Acquires 65% of the Company and Retains Founder Control

Vallis Capital Partners advanced in acquiring 65% of the capital of Ceramirupe, a ceramics company based in the Alcobaça region of Portugal.

The factory operates with around 240 employees, keeping founder Rui Santos as the main manager, focused on market strategy and operations.

Ceramirupe was founded in 1987 and continues with the same executive in charge of day-to-day operations.

Factory Exports 95% and Aims for Europe and North America

Ceramirupe directs 95% of its production to export, with a consolidated presence in markets in Europe and North America.

This export-oriented profile reinforces the relevance of the company in the Portuguese ceramics sector, which has been working with clients outside the country for years.

The announced plan for the new cycle includes strengthening production capacity, internationalizing the brand, and investing in innovation.

Jornal de Negócios Details Investor Expansion Strategy Linked to the Striker

Jornal de Negócios, a Portuguese business and economics newspaper, reported that the fund intends to continue acquiring assets in the ceramics sector and increase international presence.

The acquisition also strengthens the business showcase associated with the name of Cristiano Ronaldo, even without the striker’s direct participation in the management of the investor.

The movement draws attention for connecting the image of a soccer star to an industrial chain focused on export and production scale.

CEO Statement Points to a New Phase for the Company and Its Employees

The note was published by Dower Law Firm, a law firm.

Rui Santos, CEO of Ceramirupe, stated: “this operation marks the beginning of a new phase of growth and competitiveness enhancement for Ceramirupe, allowing us to accelerate innovation and expand our international presence while maintaining the commitment to quality and excellence that has characterized the company for decades.

The statement reinforces the focus on growth and international expansion, with a direct impact on the operational continuity of the factory and the maintenance of its employees.

The acquisition of 65% of Ceramirupe by Vallis Capital Partners places an exporting company at the center of a business movement connected to the business ecosystem of Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the biggest names in soccer.

With 240 employees and 95% of production focused on Europe and North America, the factory enters a new stage of expansion without changing the main manager, which tends to ensure continuity in the industrial and commercial plan.
