It is interesting to highlight that, less than two years ago, it was possible to find motorcycles with features like electronic fuel injection, flex engine, or a capacity of up to 250cc in this price range, including renowned brands like Honda and Yamaha. 5 – Moped: Honda Pop 100 2010 (R$ 5,148)
We start the list with one of the best cheap motorcycles for up to R$ 5,000, a model synonymous with economy. It is extremely easy to purchase, maintain, and pay for fuel.

The only drawback of this model is that, to access any part, it is necessary to remove the fairing. Inheriting the engine and gearbox from the Dream, this model arrived in Brazil in 1998, featuring a smaller rear wheel of 14 inches, which created space for luggage under the seat.
3 – Scooter: Suzuki Burgman 125 2006 (R$ 4,768)
The Burgman 125 was one of the first cheap 125 cm³ scooters to succeed in the Brazilian market.
The model arrived here in 2006, still as AN 125 Burgman, and remained on the market until mid-2010, two years before resurfacing as Burgman i 125, with an updated look and electronic fuel injection. Moreover, it operates the same for the 150 version. Unlike the 125, it is more difficult to find the motorcycle below R$ 5,000; however, it is possible. The older models of this cheap motorcycle, especially from the 2000s, are still quite resistant and worth keeping an eye on.
Bonus – Trail: Honda Bros 125 2003 (R$ 5,028)
The Honda Bros 160 is an absolute success and could not be left out of this list of motorcycles for up to R$ 5,000. Even less equipped than its rivals, its numbers come close to its sales figures.
And all this journey began in 2003, with the emergence of the first Bros 125. Currently, one costs around R$ 5,000, a more accessible price than R$ 21,000 for the new model.
