The emphasis is on working in partnership with teachers and school teams, contributing to ensuring that inclusive practices are implemented with greater security and consistency.
The activities are developed in a virtual learning environment, which allows students to organize their own study schedule, as long as they follow the course timetable and complete the proposed activities within the established deadlines.

To enroll, it is only necessary to have a valid CPF and identity document, and correctly fill out the online registration form.
There is no requirement for specific prior education or previous experience in schools.
The opportunity reaches both those starting their professional journey and education workers looking to update themselves, including inspectors, caregivers, aides, support professionals, and others interested in inclusive education.
According to the course project, the expectation is that, at the end of the training, participants will be able to collaborate with teachers and pedagogical teams, providing adequate support to students with disabilities and/or reduced mobility, always in accordance with inclusive education guidelines.
Selection Process and Filling of Vacancies
The announcement that regulates the course offering states that there will be no test, essay, or resume analysis.
The selection criterion is exclusively based on the order of registration, up to the limit of 2,000 vacancies.
This means that candidates who register first, provided they meet the basic requirements and correctly provide their information, have priority in occupying the vacancies.
If any irregularity or false information is found in the registration, the announcement provides for the participant’s removal and the non-issuance of the certificate.
After confirming registration, the selected student receives an email with instructions on how to access the virtual environment where the course will be made available.
The message is sent according to the schedule: if the course has already started at the time of confirmation, access is granted within a specified timeframe; if it has not yet started, the login details are sent prior to the beginning of the activities.
Workload, Class Period, and Certification
The training has a total workload of 120 hours, entirely online.
According to the schedule established in the announcement, the course is expected to take place between October 20 and December 19, 2025, concluding on the same date, in a remote format, through the virtual learning environment of IFSULDEMINAS.
To obtain the certificate, the student must achieve at least 60 percent of performance, considering participation in activities, attendance, and performance in evaluations, including the final assessment.
The certification is issued automatically on the platform, within a defined period after the course completion, and is nationally valid as it is issued by a Federal Institute linked to the MEC.
The announcement also provides that the course schedule may be adjusted if there is a technical need or institutional interest, with any updates announced on official IFSULDEMINAS channels.
It is the participant’s responsibility to keep track of communications sent by email and posted on the institution’s website.
