IBAMA identified an oil leak near the Stella Banner oil tanker, which is sinking off the coast of Maranhão, full of iron ore.

The ship, which is loaded with iron ore, left the Ponta da Madeira terminal, heading for the Chinese port of Qingdao, when it suffered damage to the hull.
