Therefore, the fact that a Brazilian project takes the lead represents, according to him, a historic milestone for the country and the real estate sector.

Hang emphasized that the Senna Tower surpasses iconic structures such as the Central Park Tower, 111 West 57th Street, and the Princess Tower. In addition, he stated that the project shows the technical and creative capabilities of Brazilian engineering to the world.

Partnership Celebrates Ayrton Senna and Drives Balneário Camboriú

The project is the result of the partnership between Senna Brands, FG Empreendimentos, and Havan. Hang stated that the collaboration among the companies enabled the creation of an architectural symbol honoring Ayrton Senna. For him, associating the driver’s name enhances the global relevance of the work.

The businessman also highlighted that Balneário Camboriú is experiencing a period of expansion and urban modernization. In this sense, he believes that the Senna Tower will play an important role in repositioning the city as an international reference in large-scale buildings.

Expectations for Economic and Touristic Impact

Hang stated that the construction is already attracting investors and curious onlookers because it breaks traditional patterns of Brazilian civil construction. Therefore, the expectation is that the project will boost tourism, business, and international visibility.
