Who Can Enroll in the Technical Course
The selection process is aimed at individuals who have already completed high school.
The public notice prioritizes individuals linked to rural areas but also reserves space for the general community in case of unfilled slots by the priority group.
Candidates are organized into two categories.
The priority public consists of rural producers, their families, or collaborators.
To compete under this condition, in addition to the school history and high school diploma, the interested party must present documentation proving rural activity, such as state registration, rural property registration, producer declaration, or an equivalent document in the producer’s name.
The general public corresponds to the other candidates.
In this category, it is sufficient to attach, at the time of online registration, the High School Transcript and the High School Completion Certificate, scanned front and back in a legible PDF file.
Below is a summary of the required documents:
| Candidate Category | Main Documents (PDF) |
|---|---|
| Priority Public | Transcript and high school diploma, plus documentation proving rural activity |
| General Public | Transcript and high school diploma |
If the documentation submitted to prove the priority public condition is deemed invalid, the candidate is automatically reclassified to the general public while remaining in the selection process.
How Selection Without a Test Works
The differential of this selection process is that there is no objective test or essay.
Classification is eliminatory and occurs exclusively through the analysis of the High School Transcript and the High School Completion Certificate attached to the registration.
Each Regional Administration of Senar defines, in its own regulations, the classification methodology and the tie-breaking criteria used for ordering candidates.
This regulation is made available during the registration period on the official channels of each regional.
The basic schedule of the selection process is summarized below:
| Stage | Date / Period |
|---|---|
| Online Registrations | 10/06/2025 to 11/24/2025, at 11:59 PM |
| Publication of the list of classified candidates | 12/11/2025, starting at 8 AM |
| Appeal Period | 12/11/2025, from 9 AM to 8 PM |
| Announcement of Final Results | 12/17/2025 |
| In-Person Enrollment | 01/19/2026 to 01/26/2026 |
| Expected Start of Classes | 02/23/2026 |
Candidates are responsible for keeping track of announcements on the Senar portal and in communications from the Regional Administrations, including any changes to the calendar or additional guidelines.
At the time of in-person enrollment, the approved candidate must present original documents and copies, such as the high school diploma and transcript, identity document, CPF, birth or marriage certificate and, when applicable, military document and evidence of priority public condition.
Failure to present the documents or absence during the enrollment period implies loss of the slot.
