The expectation announced at the time was that the development could generate figures even larger than the initially requested price for the mansion.

Even after the sale, the mansion remains a reference when the topic is luxury property in Brazil. The value of R$ 220 million set a benchmark and has been used as a parameter in comparisons with other high-end properties, both in the country and abroad.
The house also gained notoriety for being visited by celebrities and investors curious about the level of exclusivity of the property — among them, player Neymar, who visited the residence but opted for another plot in the same region.
