The opportunities are distributed among Pará, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, and Rio de Janeiro, strategic regions for the logistics and transportation operations of the mining company.

The program lasts for 18 months and is aimed at professionals graduated between December 2022 and December 2025. The Engineering Trainee Program at Vale is structured in an immersive and multidisciplinary learning model.
