The Much-Awaited Dominar 250 from BAJAJ Appeared on the Brand’s Official Website Here in Brazil Ahead of Time. With the Official Launch Scheduled for August 16, the Motorcycle Is Already Making Noise Among Two-Wheeler Enthusiasts.
Today, August 13, was that day when everyone who follows closely the news from BAJAJ got a sneak peek of what’s to come. The Dominar 250, one of the most anticipated motorcycles here, appeared on the brand’s website, showcasing all the details we were hoping for. And it was quite a lot!
The Dominar 250 is already listed on the BAJAJ Brazil website in two color options: red with gray details, and black, the latter being more understated and classic. For those who follow the market, it’s known that the motorcycle promises to replicate the success of its bigger sibling, the Dominar 400, which has already sold over 1000 units here, despite BAJAJ still having few stores in Brazil.

But what really caught attention were the technical specifications of the Dominar 250. The motorcycle comes equipped with a 248.7 cm³ single-cylinder engine, liquid cooling, and a power of 27 horsepower. The transmission is six-speed, with assisted and slipper clutch, ensuring a smooth and precise ride. Additionally, the model features upside-down front suspension and a monoshock with Nitrox at the rear, offering comfort worthy of higher-category motorcycles.

Another interesting detail is the dual-channel ABS, which comes as standard on the Dominar 250. The braking system features 300 mm discs in the front and 230 mm in the back, ensuring safety and efficiency in braking.
Motorcycle Will Be Officially Presented on the 16th

Now, an interesting point was the so-called “information conflict” that appeared on the site. In one of the descriptions, they mentioned the so-called “triple spark,” something that doesn’t align with the traditional configuration of a motorcycle of this displacement. This generated some confusion, and it’s likely that the site will undergo adjustments until the official launch. But don’t worry, this question will be clarified on the 16th when the motorcycle is officially presented.
The Dominar 250 will have a 13-liter fuel tank, full LED lighting, and three years of warranty, one of the best in the market. And for those who are budget-conscious, the motorcycle will have fixed-price maintenance, starting at R$ 25.32 for the first service after 1,000 km.
As for the weight, the motorcycle weighs 180 kg in running order, which can be a challenge when maneuvering at low speeds, but should balance well during riding.
More Urban Option
On the BAJAJ Brazil website, we can also see that the Dominar 250 will be a more urban option, ideal for those looking for a powerful motorcycle that fits well for daily use in cities. Compared to other motorcycles in the category, such as the Fazer and the CB300F, the Dominar 250 promises to be more powerful and complete, which could make it one of the best-selling motorcycles from BAJAJ in Brazil.
Now, the only information that didn’t appear on the site, and that everyone wants to know, is the official price. Rumors suggest something around R$ 22,500, but only on the 16th will we have that confirmation.
