Do outro lado do luxo, existe um esgoto que desagua na praia da coroinha, em pleno centro da cidade, duas facções que tornaram esse lugar que um dia foi pacato, em perigoso, inúmeros casos de feminicídio e festas desagradáveis no centro da cidade que atrai um público que gosta de brigar. A gestão está longe da preservação da mata atlântica, desmatando para construir condomínios de luxo e estacionamentos em praias que já nem cabem mais carros.
