Customer Relationship Specialist in Belo Horizonte – Permanent Position with Salary and Benefits!

The work will be conducted exclusively via chat, ensuring clear and objective communication.

To perform this role excellently, it is essential that the candidate has good typing skills, empathy, and interpersonal skills to provide efficient and attentive support. Additionally, it may be necessary to make voice contacts in specific cases, always prioritizing quality service focused on the customer experience.
