Open Registrations for One of the Most Anticipated Contests of the Year, Offering Opportunities for Technical and Higher Levels in Various Areas

The National Commission of Nuclear Energy (CNEN) announced the awaited public contest for 2025, offering 150 vacancies for technical and higher levels.

The opportunities are distributed across several states, including São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Pernambuco, the Federal District, and Goiás.

This selection process is an excellent chance for those seeking stability and good salaries.

Career Opportunities and Salaries

The available positions include Researcher Class B – Standard I, Analyst in Science and Technology Class A – Standard I, and Technologist Class A – Standard I, focused on areas such as Management, Technical Governance, Regulation, and Oversight.

The salaries vary according to qualifications, with the Researcher Class B requiring a doctorate and offering up to R$ 14,734.44 with bonuses.

For Technologists and Analysts, the salary can reach R$ 13,498.00, while Class A Technicians have remuneration of up to R$ 5,997.54.

Public Contest Structure

The selection process CNEN is divided into two main stages.

The first stage of the public contest includes objective, discursive, oral exams, and a memorial defense, while the second is the evaluation of titles and professional experience, which is classificatory.

Each position has a specific set of exams to be conducted.

Dates and Locations of the Exams

The objective and discursive exams are scheduled for April 27, 2025, in cities such as Belo Horizonte, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Brasília.

Candidates with the best performance in the objective exam will be called for the subsequent phases, such as oral exams and memorial defense, according to the position.

Registrations and Fees

Registrations will be open on the IADES website from February 18 to March 16, 2025.

The fees vary: R$ 90.00 for Technicians, R$ 110.00 for Analysts and Technologists, and R$ 130.00 for Researchers. Candidates can request a fee waiver according to the criteria in the announcement.
