The Steel Giant Gerdau Has 69 Job Openings for Candidates with High School, Technical, and Higher Education in All Regions of Brazil.

This Thursday, (02/11), the Brazilian Gerdau announced the opening of numerous job openings for the first week of November. The positions offered by the steel producer are announced to professionals across Brazil, with or without experience, who have completed high school, technical or higher education. In addition to the open job vacancies, Gerdau also offers internship opportunities for those who wish to work in one of its units spread throughout Brazil.

Below are the job vacancies available from the company for professionals with a high school education

Sintering Operator II

Completed High School;
Technical course in metallurgy, mining, logistics, or maintenance is desirable;
Operate Forklift/Unloading machines to send the main raw materials to the blast furnaces;
Ouro Branco, Minas Gerais;
Office package.

Forest Monitoring Technician

Paulo Nogueira

Completed high school;
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the physical schedule by activity;

Ensure the monitoring of activities related to Gerdau Forestal’s Silviculture operations;

Experience in field activities in the forestry or agricultural sector.

Carbonization Operator I

Completed secondary education;
Conduct the carbonization process, using a pyrometer or similar device and the supervisory system, if implemented at the Carbonization Plant, requiring other carbonizers to perform tasks according to his/her guidance;
Reside in Três Marias;
Be responsible for the quality, reliability, and performance of the resources, services, and information generated by the tasks under their responsibility.

Safety Technician

Must have completed training in Safety Technician.
Previous industry experience is a plus;
Aparecida de Goiânia, Goiás;
Conduct internal audits, as well as support external audits, establishing schedules with dates and deadlines, aiming for effective results in the actions taken.

Contracts Technician I

Technician in Construction or related fields;
Higher education in Civil Engineering is desirable;
Driver’s license “B”;
Knowledge of the Office package;
Monitoring civil works activities (maintenance and renovations) carried out by third-party companies;
Perform safety routines for activities, according to Gerdau’s standards and tools;
Lassance, Minas Gerais.
