A questão é que quando você faz todo processo seletivo, passa em todas as etapas e no final não te selecionam para o curso ou cargo pretentido. Meu caso e de mais 4 inscritos foi dado início em julho 2024 pela inscrição no site para o cargo de OPERADOR FERROVIÁRIO, fizemos todo processo desde a prova online até a seleção dos que pasaaram nessa primeira parte, tinham 17 pessoas selecionadas no 1° processo, sobraram apenas eu e mais 2 que viemos passando pelas etapas de dinâmica de grupo, exames clínicos, entrevistas etc, e no final recebemos um email dizendo que iriam seguir o processo com outros profissionais e não explicaram o porque de não nós selecionarmos ou o porque do não seguimento no processo do curso de 3 meses a qual daria início hoje dia 07/10/2024. Acho que a MRS deveria dar uma explicação mais plausível no final de cada processo, seja ele positivo ou negativo.

Tenho grande conhecimento em equipamentos di via revisões conjuntos caixas zf refersoras diferencial secadora e reguladora caixa di tração da dool raiolvak todos modelos e mais equipamentos caminhão di linha também mas tenho 53 anos não sei si a empresa contrata nesta idade mas com fato conhecimento trabalho mais di 30 anos di mecanico hoje tem 10 que trabalho em uma empresa parceira da mrs nesta ária di equipamentos de via
Trabalhei 3 anos na empresa, e pra ser sincero é ilusão pura. Realmente o pacote de benefícios é bom, porém convênio médico (se usar) tem descontos enormes,salário baixíssimo, praticamente impossível crescimento profissional, plano de carreira inexiste. Quando percebi que ia ficar estagnado dei um jeito de buscar novas oportunidades fora da ferrovia.
