O&M Technician
The company is seeking O&M Technicians at all levels for the following states:
- Bahia;
- Ceará;
- Rio Grande do Norte;
- Piauí;
- Pernambuco.
Main Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise preventive and/or corrective maintenance activities, following technical and EHS procedures;
Apply LOTO on the subsystems of the wind turbine;
Maintain and care for the tools and PPE under your responsibility. Control the tools and PPE of less experienced technicians;
Prepare technical reports and checklists of completed activities, review the reports of less experienced technicians who had activities under your supervision, as well as fill out the timekeeping and management documents and systems;
Lead teams in technical and/or quality inspections, preparing reports.
What You Need to Have:
Technical Course in Electrical, Mechanical, Electrotechnical or related fields;
Experience in preventive or corrective maintenance;
Experience in the wind sector will be highly valued;
NR’s 10, 33, 35, SEP, Defensive Driving and GWO Desirable;
Additionally:
Organization, proactivity, focus on quality, commitment, outside-the-box thinking, knowing how to differentiate speed from quality work, and being the guardian of safety issues in the workplace are skills we greatly value.
