Four Areas Focused on Professional Qualification UFJF
UFJF has focused on topics that are in high demand in the job market and public management. All courses are specialization courses, meaning they require a completed higher education degree. They were designed for specific audiences, but in some cases, professionals from other fields may also participate if there are available spots. Classes are offered in the EAD format, with asynchronous activities (which you do on your own time) and synchronous (live) meetings on some predetermined dates.

How the Selection Process Works
The selection process does not involve a written test. Selection will be made through the analysis of the submitted documents and the candidate’s profile. Among the criteria considered are higher education, connection or experience in the area of the chosen course, and documents that prove professional activity. In some cases, the justification presented by the candidate at the time of registration will also be analyzed.
UFJF emphasizes that, since these are free courses, the selection prioritizes candidates with a genuine interest and availability to follow the activities. It is important to note that if the number of applicants exceeds the number of spots, the institution may apply tie-breaking criteria based on the documents and information provided.
