Akaer, a reference in the aerospace sector, was selected to participate in the production of the C-390 Millennium freighter and the Praetor 600 jet, two of Embraer’s main aircraft. The contract, with an initial validity of five years and the possibility of renewal, was signed this month, further consolidating the long-standing partnership between the companies.
A Partnership That Elevates the Brazilian Aerospace Industry
Cesar Silva, CEO of Akaer, celebrated the achievement: “We are honored to be part of these significant projects in the aerospace sector. Akaer will be responsible for essential components of the aircraft, such as the assembly of the fuel tanks and pylons of the C-390 Millennium freighter, as well as contributing to the production of the Praetor 600 jet.

The C-390 has already been purchased by countries such as the Netherlands, Hungary, South Korea, and Sweden, consolidating its relevance in the international market.

In executive aviation, the Praetor 600 jet is one of the highlights. With a capacity for 12 passengers and a range of up to 7,441 km, the model can perform non-stop intercontinental flights. Since 2019, it has been a global reference, operating on short runways and offering a unique combination of innovation and performance.

With over 9 million accumulated engineering hours and involvement in more than 50 global projects, Akaer is a key player in the advancement of the Brazilian aerospace sector.
