Search For Electric Vehicle Rentals Increased 30% Just In The Last Three Months At Osten Go, One Of The Main Automotive Groups In The Premium Segment In Brazil.
It may be mere coincidence, but the surge in gasoline and diesel prices may have influenced the decision of Brazilians to adopt electric cars. According to data from the Brazilian Association of Electric Vehicles (ABVE), electric car sales surged and grew by 47% in the first half of this year, compared to the same period last year. Additionally, the rental of these vehicles increased by 30% in just the last three months.
Osten Go, a company of Osten Group, one of the main automotive groups in the premium segment in the country, saw this growth reflected in its business. According to Liandra Boschiero, manager of Osten Go, in the last three months, the company recorded a 30% increase in the search for electric vehicle rentals.
With such success, the company is launching carsharing (hourly car rental) for the Mini Cooper S Top Electric and BMW I3 models in the hourly rental model (carsharing), at a rate of R$ 120.00/hour.

Customers Can Rent Electric Cars For As Long As They Wish
Customers can use the vehicle for as long as they wish through the Osten GO Carsharing app, unlocking it through the app itself, without the need for a key, providing freedom and access to new formats of car use.

Both models can be purchased for R$ 1,590,000.00 and R$ 590,000.00, respectively.
