Program Operation
This year, Ambev’s worlds will be connected for the selection process and training. That is to say, the company will offer a unique trainee program, formed by a class with diverse interests that will go through the same training process. Candidates for trainee positions may occupy roles in various areas of Ambev, whether in business, supply, or logistics.
Ambev always seeks to bring innovation and digitalization to the company’s daily operations, ensuring its worlds are connected with technology. In this regard, training begins with immersion in Ambev’s culture, its employees, and its business strategies. This will serve as a guide for the entire learning journey of the trainee candidates.
Trainees will be responsible for formulating impactful projects during the program, in order to put their learnings into practice and have the opportunity to deliver real work during the training process. Additionally, Ambev will take trainees on a trip around Brazil and abroad so they can visit some of the company’s units and understand how they operate.
At the end of the program, Ambev will place the trainee candidates in one of its worlds.
Ambev’s Social Commitment

With this encouragement, Ambev recognizes that it must evolve regarding ethnic and racial representation, which has led it to set public commitments to increase racial equity within the company. One of these commitments involves expanding the presence of black individuals in its selection processes and hiring, as well as promoting training and raising awareness among professionals in its units regarding diversity and inclusion issues.
