Internships at Andrade Gutierrez Are Offered to Students of Administration, Advertising and Marketing, Engineering, International Relations, and More
The renowned engineering company Andrade Gutierrez (AG) is accepting applications for its Internship Program, second semester of 2023 edition. This initiative represents an excellent opportunity for young people to start their professional careers at the company, which hired 55% of its interns last year. Those interested in the positions have until July 10 to apply through the company’s official website. In total, there are 18 available positions, with 13 for the São Paulo office and five for Belo Horizonte. The internship will be in-person, with a workload of 30 hours per week (6 hours daily) and an initial scholarship of R$ 1,900.00.
The positions are aimed at undergraduate students expected to graduate by December 2024 or July 2025. Students from the following courses can apply: Administration, International Trade, Advertising and Marketing, Accounting, Law, Economics, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Planning Engineering, and International Relations.
In the first year of the program, interns will receive a scholarship of R$ 1,900. Starting in the second year, the amount increases to R$ 2,200. Additionally, the selected interns for the positions will be entitled to life insurance, transportation vouchers, meal or food vouchers, a development program, paid recess, medical assistance, dental assistance, and flexible hours, depending on the location.

The Andrade Gutierrez Internship Program
The Andrade Gutierrez Internship Program lasts up to two years and provides interns with a journey of developing technical, behavioral skills, and business-related knowledge. During the internship, participants have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real work environment. In addition to the high conversion rate achieved in 2022, with 55% of interns being hired, another 45% managed to join market companies with the experience gained at AG.
“Our goal is to attract talents who are open to new ideas, understand the importance of change, and contribute to the success of our business. The program features a development process based on the 70:20:10 methodology, where 70% of learning occurs in day-to-day activities, 20% through interaction with other professionals, such as feedback, guidance, and workshops, and 10% through formal training, both in-person and online,” highlights Paula Gallego, Training and Development Coordinator of the company.
