Responsible for preparing the B1, B2 budget and building forecasts, managing contacts with water utility companies of all stores, generating relationship actions with third-party companies, assessing opportunities for improvements in water savings with the provider.

HR Manager

Complete higher education in business administration, psychology, or HR management required, proven experience as a Generalist in HR processes, basic knowledge in Office Suite, experience in personnel department, termination, hiring, vacation, benefits, and onboarding.

Maintenance Manager

Complete high school education required, technical course in Electrotechnics and Building, minimum age of 21 years, up-to-date NR 10 is essential. Responsible for acting as a technician in building maintenance and store equipment, knowledge in hydraulics, equipment, and refrigeration electrical concepts.

Controller Coordinator

Higher education in administration, economics, accounting, or related fields required, experience in financial or strategic planning, advanced knowledge in Excel is essential, building tools, developing more complex reports, among other tasks.
