Recently, UFPA, in partnership with the Open University of Brazil (UAB) Program, announced the opening of a Simplified Selection Process that offers 100 vacancies for tutors in the Extension Course in Special Education from the Perspective of Inclusive Education.
The activities will be conducted remotely, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Vacancies and Responsibilities
Each tutor will be responsible for groups of 50 students, playing a crucial role in the training and guidance of these students.
In addition, the selection allocates 25% of the vacancies for candidates from diverse groups, such as Black, Brown, Indigenous, Quilombola, people with disabilities, transgender individuals, and transvestites.
Candidates who wish to apply for these vacancies need to indicate their option on the form and provide documentation that proves their condition.
To apply, the requirements are clear:
- Educational Level: Completed higher education, preferably in areas related to Special Education, Pedagogy, or Teaching Degrees.
- Experience: Proof of experience in Basic or Higher Education Teaching.
- Documentation: Updated Lattes Curriculum, undergraduate diploma, and, if available, postgraduate certificate.
Attractive Remuneration
The selected tutors will receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 1,100.00.
Payment will be made by CAPES, upon monthly request from the Course Coordination and submission by the UAB/UFPA General Coordination.
It is essential that candidates are aware that UFPA is not responsible for any delays or technical problems related to payments, an aspect that should be considered when applying.
How the Selection for Tutor Will Be
The selection process will involve a curriculum analysis, where each curriculum will be evaluated and scored from 0 to 10 points based on criteria established in Annex II of the notice.
The scoring will be assigned considering the candidate’s academic background and professional experience.
In case of a tie, criteria such as the following will be used:
- Age equal to or greater than 60 years by the application date.
- Lottery, if the tie persists.
The final results of the selection process will be published on the official UFPA website, where candidates can follow the progress of the selection.
