The initiative takes place within ÓrbiAcademy Techboost, which is one of Brazil’s largest developer training programs and will distribute over 130,000 scholarships in programming languages by 2022, impacting the entire Brazilian tech community. In partnership with Inter, the program inaugurates new careers to be accelerated: UX and UI.

Professionals in these areas are responsible for developing the user experience across multipurpose platforms, such as mobile applications and websites. Through tools, agile methodologies, and Design Thinking techniques, they become specialists in identifying user needs and proposing creative solutions focused on usability and navigation.

Banco Inter informs that interested candidates will be able to network with the company’s team and will also be in front of a vibrant tech community, interacting with real-life scenarios in UX and UI from Inter’s daily operations. The best talents who complete the program will also have the hiring opportunity.

Candidates are required to reside or be available to relocate to the cities of São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, or Recife. The entire program will be conducted on the Digital Innovation One platform, the largest ecosystem in Latin America for free technology education, with over 400,000 developers present.

In addition, Inter’s team will present all the details of the program and the company culture in a live session, scheduled for June 8 at 8 PM.

Application: professionals with more than two years of market experience who are interested in accelerating their careers should apply for the program at this link by June 11.

The session date will be June 12. Upon registration, participants will face a qualifying online challenge to validate the knowledge and experiences required by the program.
