Itaú Has Opened Applications for the 2024 Trainee Program with Various Positions, Including No English Requirement. Applications Will Be Open Until September 4.

Launched on Wednesday, August 9, the Itaú Trainee Program 2024 comes with new features compared to previous editions. Last year, the program had a surprising record of 74,000 applicants. This year, the incentives are even greater.

The program has a more inclusive approach, English, for example, will only be a requirement for certain positions. Additionally, the first stage of evaluation will focus more on candidates’ knowledge and experiences, without focusing on their personal data.

Graduates since December 2021 in courses with a minimum duration of 4 years in Exact, Human, or Biological Sciences.
Students expected to graduate by December 2024.
Availability for an 8-hour daily schedule.
Willingness to work in person in São Paulo. If you are not from the region, the bank has a special offer, providing a scholarship equivalent to a salary to assist with relocation.
English will be necessary for some areas, especially Wholesale Banking, but not for Retail Banking.

Applicants can choose between two main areas: Retail Banking or Wholesale Banking. The number of positions will be proportionate to the demand in each sector, and the expectation is that selected candidates will start their activities in January 2024.

Decisive interview with the bank’s senior executives.
