Selection Process
The selection process at Baru Offshore consists of several stages to ensure that selected candidates possess the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their roles with excellence. Initially, those interested must register online on the company’s portal. Then, they will be called for an interview with the Human Resources department, where the candidate’s profile will be evaluated.
Subsequently, a technical interview will be conducted by the responsible manager, followed by a behavioral assessment using the DISC methodology. Approved candidates will undergo a medical assessment (ASO) before the final hiring stage, where the details of the process will be aligned and formalized.
