• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields
• Knowledge of the People system
• Knowledge of maritime certification

Main Activities:
• Carry out and monitor the boarding and disembarking schedule of crew members
• Request and follow up on the issuance of airline, bus tickets, and hotels
• Gather information on additional variables to be included in the payroll
• Control and register employees in the SISPAT system

Maintenance Supervisor!
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred;
– Advanced Excel / PowerPoint;
– Advanced technical English;

• Strong in negotiation, import and export, materials, experience in dock management, etc.

Financial Assistant
• Minimum experience of 2 years
• Degree in Accounting, Administration, or Economics
• Knowledge in legislation, entry and exit of invoices
• Monitoring of cash flow
• Experience in offshore companies desirable
