The Free Course, Resulting from the Collaboration Between Braskem and Senai, Represents a Valuable Opportunity for Residents Seeking to Improve Their Professional Qualifications.

In a joint effort to promote professional development and provide new opportunities for the community, Braskem and Senai-RS announced the launch of the Innovate to Build Project. This August, the initiative will benefit two local communities in Nova Santa Rita and Rio Grande, in Rio Grande do Sul, offering 40 spots for a free course in Electrical Installations. The project aims to train men and women aged 18 and older, with completed elementary education starting from the 5th year, in essential skills for the job market.

The Innovate to Build Project primarily aims to prepare the local community to work in the field of electrical installations, a sector of growing demand.

In Nova Santa Rita and Rio Grande, 20 positions will be offered in each city, totaling 40 opportunities for those interested in qualifying in the electrical field.

The course will have a workload of 80 hours and will cover a wide range of relevant topics for the sector.

The curriculum includes the preparation of electrical diagrams, analysis and installation of electrical circuits, use of protective devices, assembly of distribution boards, and the application of protection equipment, among other crucial themes for training competent and well-prepared professionals.

Details on Enrollment and Requirements

To participate in the course in Rio Grande, interested individuals must enroll by August 8th at the secretariat of the Municipal Elementary Education School Ramiz Galvão, located at Maria Francisca Street, 27, Vila Mangueira.

The enrollment can be done from 1:30 PM to 8 PM.

The Importance of the Innovate to Build Project, a Partnership Between Senai and Braskem

Launched in 2023, the Innovate to Build Project has already trained 64 participants in various vocational courses.

The partnership between Braskem and Senai-RS has demonstrated its commitment to local development and the training of young people and adults for the job market, significantly contributing to reducing the skills gap in technical and industrial areas.

By offering free and accessible courses, the initiative not only improves employment prospects for participants but also strengthens the local economy by increasing the number of qualified professionals available in the market.

The free course in electrical installations offered by Braskem and Senai is especially relevant, given the continuous growth of the construction sector and the need for professionals with specialized skills.
