Legal Compliance Specialist Offshore – Rio de Janeiro (RJ)
Brava Energia is seeking a professional to operate in the offshore legal compliance area, ensuring that all operations comply with the sector’s regulatory standards. The specialist will be responsible for drafting technical opinions, managing corrective and preventive action plans, as well as monitoring audits and external inspections. The professional will also engage with regulatory bodies such as ANP and the Navy, ensuring that the company complies with all legal requirements.
This position requires high organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of oil and gas sector legislation, and the ability to work under pressure. Requirements for the Position
To apply for the position of Legal Compliance Specialist Offshore, it is necessary to have a complete higher education degree in Engineering or related fields. Previous experience in regulatory matters and operational interface in the Offshore Exploration and Production (E&P) sector in large companies is also required.
The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of ANP regulations, such as SGSO, SGIP, and SGSS, as well as familiarity with Technical Notes published by the regulatory body. Advanced English is a fundamental requirement for this position.
