Job Details for Audit Analyst Pl. for CBMM in Minas Gerais

Main responsibilities of this position at CBMM:

  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of levels of control and governance appropriate to operations that guarantee the preservation, safekeeping and protection of assets;
  • Identify, evaluate and propose improvements to mitigate risks that may affect the achievement of the Organization's strategic and business objectives;
  • Contribute so that the company maintains quality certifications and complies with ethical conduct standards when carrying out analyses, investigations and audit tests;
  • Obtain and compare the information obtained from the audited areas against the controls and risks matrices, legal determinations and best practices;
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, based on the analysis of data and information collected, and present them for evaluation by the superior;
  • Provide advice to the various areas of the company, clarifying doubts and providing basic guidelines, whenever requested.

Mandatory requirements to get a job in Minas Gerais:

  • Complete training in Accounting, Law, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or Administration;
  • Experience in the area and specific knowledge in Auditing (Mapping and evaluation of the internal controls environment; risk analysis; identification of weaknesses in the various processes of a CIA; performance of audit tests; description of recommendations for process improvements);
  • Intermediate – Advanced Office Package;
  • Knowledge / Skill in SAP;
  • Intermediary English.

CBMM job vacancy details in Minas Gerais for the position of Sr Controllership Analyst:

Main responsibilities that the job vacancy requires:

  • Plan, execute and guide the Budget Process and its follow-up throughout the year within the controllership;
  • Prepare projections of Revenue, Cash, Costs, expenses and results scenarios that support the creation and deployment of business goals;
  • Act as a business partner, being the guardian of financial goals;
  • Define the appropriate valuation concepts and prepare economic and financial viability of investment projects in Capex, New Business and continuous improvement projects, as well as setting up decision optimization cases through Solver or similar;
  • Comply with the schedule of training and activities proposed in the individual development plan, aiming to be prepared for succession within the area itself or to perform new functions in other areas of the company;
  • Support for the coordination of work with Matrix Management and the implementation of initiatives and methodologies that increase the focus on reducing costs and expenses;
  • Carry out activities and train other employees in the area in the solutions developed so that the Corporate Calendar is fulfilled in a punctual and disciplined manner;

Mandatory requirements to be selected for this CBMM job vacancy:

  • Higher Education in Engineering or Business Areas;
  • Advanced English;
  • Relevant participation in multidisciplinary projects;
  • Experience in structured data extraction and modeling;
  • Experience with FP&A;
  • Relevant experience with budgets and economic-financial evaluation of projects;
  • Experience in Risks and Internal Controls and industrial costs;
  • Knowledge in the Advanced Office 365 Package, Power BI or other BI tool;
  • ERP systems (pref. SAP);
