The Free Courses Offered by CCR Are About Technology and Entrepreneurship, the Classes Will Be Online for Women from All Over the Country
In order to promote education and diversity, the CCR Group, in partnership with CCR Metrô, offers exclusive courses for women. The free courses focus on training topics in entrepreneurship and technology.

According to iBahia, the free courses from CCR include “Elas na Tech,” a course focused on technology with 500 slots; and “Despertando a Empreendedora,” which has 200 slots for women living in low-income neighborhoods who wish to develop their own businesses in those areas.

The free course “Elas na Tech” will take place in August this year and will provide training in web development that can boost women’s careers. There will be 4 hours of weekly classes. The project is conducted using the JA Brasil methodology with support from the global technology company, IBM. The course will be 100% online and will include live classes along with weekly lessons. Participants will also have the opportunity for mentorship with CCR employees.
Despertando a Empreendedora
The free course “Despertando a Empreendedora” will offer live online classes on topics such as self-knowledge, understanding your audience, marketing, financial management, time management, logistics, team management, and learning during crises. Furthermore, the CCR Group will select twelve businesses to be awarded at the end of the course with R$ 1,000 and an exclusive mentoring plan to support the business developed during the program. The course features an uncomplicated language and a hands-on approach.
