The initiative fully covers the costs of tuition, educational materials, and access to the digital teaching platform, ensuring a complete and flexible education.
The target audience consists of candidates who do not yet hold a college degree and have a monthly per capita family income of up to one and a half minimum wages (equivalent to about R$ 2,277 per family member). Furthermore, it is mandatory to have participated in the National High School Exam (Enem) between 2011 and 2024, with a minimum overall average of 400 points and a score greater than zero in the essay.
The application and selection process is 100% online, meaning that candidates from anywhere in Brazil can participate—from Oiapoque to Chuí—without needing to go to the PUCRS headquarters in Porto Alegre.

The final result will be announced on December 8, and selected candidates will start their classes on February 19 of next year. The entire enrollment process will be conducted via email, including document submissions and seat confirmations.

The student must also remain enrolled in at least two subjects in the first trimester of the course and follow the activity schedule established by the university.
