Automation Panels That Would Be Used on Petrobras Platforms P-72 and P-73 Are Being Auctioned at 11 AM on January 26, 2020.
The first batch that will be auctioned virtually today by Petrobras starting at 11 AM on the auctioneer João Emílio’s website includes a set of four Altus automation panels, currently stored in Canoas (RS). The equipment would be used in the projects for platforms P-72 and P-73. The automation panels being sold this morning are unused and will be sold in their current condition.
Platforms P-72 and P-73 of Petrobras were to be built at the Rio Grande Shipyard in Southern Brazil, but both projects were canceled in 2016 by the state-owned company.

Auction of Automation Panels and Other Equipment from Petrobras
Petrobras will also hold a new auction scheduled for March 17, regarding other equipment that would also be intended for platforms P-72 and P-73. In this auction, Petrobras will sell the CO2 removal skids, which are currently stored in Niterói.
After the 17th, the state-owned company will auction a set of compressors and heat exchangers, currently stored in Sorocaba and Taubaté, in the state of São Paulo.
