The automation panels being sold this morning are unused and will be sold in their current condition.

Platforms P-72 and P-73 of Petrobras were to be built at the Rio Grande Shipyard in Southern Brazil, but both projects were canceled in 2016 by the state-owned company.

Due to the cancellation of the units’ construction, the steel structures of the vessels and also the equipment that would be used in the FPSO began to be auctioned.

In one of the auctions held by Petrobras in the past for selling leftover parts, about 38,000 tons of steel structures were sold.

After the 17th, the state-owned company will auction a set of compressors and heat exchangers, currently stored in Sorocaba and Taubaté, in the state of São Paulo.
